What is the Virtual Gastric Band and How Does It Work?
Using the power of Hypnosis, your mind accepts the idea that the non-surgical Virtual Gastric Band procedure has been performed and your stomach has now been shrunk to the size of a golf ball. This will allow you to feel satisfied with smaller portions of food. This program changes your thoughts and experience around food. You can eat anything you like inside of three small meals a day. This is not a diet.This is a long-term lifestyle change and a solution to weight management.
Break Free Now Program:
In this first session, the Break Free Now program will be explained and how it can make a lasting change for managing your weight without ever dieting again. During this session you will have the Virtual Gastric Band procedure with Hypnosis. You will also receive a hypnosis recording via email that you can download to most any device. As part of the program you will listen to the recording a least once daily or anytime you want support.
This session takes place within one week of our first session. It may last between 45 min to 90 minutes, depending on your needs. In this session we will do Hypnosis and may use other methods to support your goals.
This session is booked no later than three weeks from Session2. If you are managing any challenges and continuing to make progress, you may schedule session 3 as late at the third week out. But it will be up to you to call and schedule it so that it falls within the three week limit. This is very much like riding your bike with training wheels.
Now the training wheels are off! This last session can be at any time–from just after Session 3 or even 2 months later. This session is designed to empower you as you continue The Break Free Program and a new way of life.It will be an opportunity to discuss any new challenges that may come up, reinforce the changes you have made and of course share your successes!
Private sessions are available in person and via video call. Group sessions are available at a discounted rate.
